• Our subsidiaries,

• Third-party service providers,

• Domestic and international business partners,

• Authorized auditing firms,
  ensuring appropriate security measures are taken during transfer.

4. Method and Legal Grounds for Data Collection

Your personal data may be collected physically, electronically, or via communication tools (e.g., telephone, fax) by our personnel, customer representatives, related websites, and mobile applications. They are processed for the purposes mentioned in sections (1) and (2) under the data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.

5. Rights of the Data Subject

As the data subject, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed,

• Request information if processed,

• Learn the purpose and whether it is used appropriately,

• Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred,

• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,

• Request deletion or destruction of data when legal grounds cease,

• Object to processing that produces results against you,

• Claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.

Requests can be submitted in writing or through secure electronic means. Responses will be provided within 30 days, free of charge unless a cost is involved.

6. Application Methods

You may submit your requests in person or by post to the address Kışla Caddesi, İncirlik Sokak No.16/A, Topçular, Eyüpsultan, Istanbul, with documents verifying your identity. You can also use notary services or send via secure electronic signature and e-mail.
